One of the main challenges for the new Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency director-general, Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain, is transforming the agency's officers to be capable of handling tasks across multiple agencies.
During his visit to Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Tuesday (July 8), Mohd Shuhaily said it was his goal to develop officers who are versatile in their responsibilities.
