On Friday, July 18, the “Fireworks” singer, 40, was sitting on a flying butterfly prop when it suddenly malfunctioned mid-air, causing her to almost fall into the audience at the Chase Center. A clip of the scary moment posted on X shows Perry singing her song “Roar” while on the moving prop. It suddenly tilts and slightly drops, causing her to slip in her seat.
