Trump, who has said that a crude oil deal has been signed with Pakistan, has said that India may now be buying oil from Pakistan. With the BRICS countries emerging as a challenge to the US and European countries, Trump has been actively trying to dismantle it. Pakistan is the scapegoat in this mission.
India initially bought crude oil from Iran. But the US, which went to war with Iran, had warned that those who buy oil from that country would be subject to heavy taxes. So we have abandoned it.

இந்தியா தொடக்கத்தில் ஈரானிடமிருந்து கச்சா எண்ணெய் வாங்கி வந்தது. ஆனால் ஈரானிடம் சண்டைக்கு போன அமெரிக்கா, அந்நாட்டிடமிருந்து எண்ணெய் வாங்குபவர்களுக்கு கடுமையான வரி விதிக்கப்படும் என்று எச்சரித்திருந்தார். எனவே அதை நாம் கைவிட்டுவிட்டோம்.
