Himachal Pradesh: A cloudburst struck Shimla at 10:15 PM last night, flooding the Nogli drain. In Rohru, three youths died after their car fell into the Pabbar River due to heavy rain. A landslide also occurred on the Chandigarh-Manali four-lane highway.
State authorities reported that 533 roads remain closed across Himachal due to landslides and rain-related damage. Rescue and clearance operations are underway.
