Wanita MCA secretary-general Chan Quin Er has questioned the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission’s (MCMC) decision to investigate Pahang MCA Youth chief Wong Siew Mun under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
Speaking outside the MCMC headquarters on Sunday (Aug 31), Chan said it was troubling that the provision continued to be used as the basis for investigations.
