Adjusted earnings came in at $1.69 per share, above expectations of $1.65 per share. Revenue grew 22% year-over-year, fueled by demand for custom AI accelerators, networking, and VMware. AI revenue jumped 63% to $5.2 billion, with fourth-quarter AI semiconductor revenue projected at $6.2 billion. For the fourth quarter, the company guided revenue of $17.4 billion versus estimates of $17.02 billion and expects adjusted EBITDA at least 67% of revenue. Broadcom declared a quarterly dividend of 59 cents per share, payable September 30th to shareholders of record September 22nd. Shares traded flat at around $306 in after-hours on Thursday.
